That is one some projects work great with agile while other dont. Then again, even though I am fortunate to be dealing with a customer who gets it, agile still does not work as it should because they have not the business users to follow agile guidelines. Its a tough journey.

So tell me, how do we make agile work in its entirity? How do we get a true buy in to the process? Any thoughts?</description>
