I share the same sentiments. Unless you can get your customers to be "agile", you cant succeed. That is one some projects work great with agile while other dont. Then again, even though I am fortunate to be dealing with a customer who gets it, agile still does not work as it should because they have not the business users to follow agile guidelines. Its a tough journey. So tell me, how do we make agile work in its entirity? How do we get a true buy in to the process? Any thoughts? You take on agile is very accurate. I share the same sentiments.
